Summary: A new AI-driven machine learning system has been designed for the identification, purification, characterization and measurement of all new biomarkers present in biological fluids, even in trace-level concentrations. This system could be used in analytical and clinical diagnosis of cancer and other diseases. This system is more sensitive and quick than currently available methods such as 2-D gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry which can detect, in a single run, at most 1000 different protein species out of 100.000 to 500.000 calculated protein molecules expressed in any tissue or body fluid at any time.
